創辦人 /校長 : 陳福特
福特出生於美國紐約，三歲起學鋼琴，四歲起學小提琴，七歲考進茱莉亜Juilliard Pre-College 音樂學院。父親先是他的啟蒙老師，之後與國際教母Dorothy Delay 及出名演奏家施泰恩學習小提琴，同時也與演奏家許斐平及包格斯拉夫斯基學習鋼琴，並且取得英國皇家音樂學院小提琴及鋼琴演奏家等級之證書。
在2010年時，舊金山交響樂團演奏了福特校長親自編寫的“ 春之夢” 得到高度讚揚。
福特校長現兼任學校校長以及藝術指導，是位音樂天才，德智體發展全面，具有愛心和耐心。創辦了音樂學校是希望讓更多孩子學習音樂，從音樂裡提升自己的修養和道德品質。為了做專業的鋼琴小提琴教學，本學校因材施教制定不同的教學計畫，讓許多學生取得了英國皇家音樂學院各個等級的鋼琴及小提琴證書。
Principal Ford was born and raised in New York, he stared learning piano at the age of three and violin at age four. His father was his first music teacher. At the age of seven, he entered Juilliard Pre-College . He studied Violin under the world -renowned Violin Pupil Dorothy Delay and the famous Minsk Conservatory performer and conductor Michael Stein. At the same time, he also studied under piano pupil Fei Ping Hsu and Moscow Conservatory performer Lydia Bougoslovsky. He has obtained both Violin and Piano Performance Certificates from the ABRSM (Associated Board Royal Schools of Music).
In 2010, the Alexander String Quartet San Francisco as highly praised for playing "Spring Dreams" written by President Ford himself.
Principal Ford, who is now the school's principal and artistic director, is a musical genius with a comprehensive development of his mindand body, with love and patience.
The music school was founded in the hope that more children would learn music and improve their cultivation and moral character from music.
